Made from solid rubber, the leash features a full memory coil for up to 60 Inch, thus always keeping its unstretched, 24 inch length. Quick connection of the leash to the boat-side or body-side is through a 360 degree, nylon and swivel hook to any pad eye or accessible seat strap. Your accessory is then connected by looping through the end of the leash and permanently crimping the loop closed.
